Do I need to send front/back of my driver's license? or just front side?
Can I attach my spouse's Green card and his 485 approval notice?

Front is fine.
What reasonable purpose would your spouse's greencard serve in your EAD application ?? No point in sending meaningless documents (unless specifically asked for !!)
