EAD Renewal - online or by mail?

Hi all,

I am getting ready to send my application for EAD renewal for first time, case stuck for AOS for pending Name Check.

Have a question - have any one in this situation filed EAD online? Can we do that, if yes is it faster.

How soon should I apply as my EAD expires in 150 days.

Can anybody give me a list of things which are required at renewal?

I've seen no evidence that filing online is quicker, other than maybe the time for USPS to deliver it. Most likely filing online simply creates a paper copy at USCIS, after all USCIS is still paper based.

Generally its recommended to apply for EAD renewal around 120 days before it expires.
 
I would just mail it in-you have to send photos anyways, so you might as well just send it all in.
