I have questions regarding current immigration status in the I-765 renewal online application form. I am not on H1-B anymore. So what should I enter? I thought "I-485 pending" or "AOS pending". But this is not one of the available options.

Any help would be appreciated? If I decide to file thru regular process (via postal service), how do I get the Fingerprint cards?

Any experiences of online EAD renewal are appreciated?

Dear Friend,

I too had the same question. I called BCIS and i was told by an IIO, since that 'current immigration status' is not a mandatory column i can just leave it blank. I have left it blank and did the e-filing. I got the receipt notices in the same week from VSC. Have sent a covering letter with the supporting docs and a referral about the current immigration status.
