Hi,
I am applying for 3rd EAD Renewal on my own. Few Question in the I 765
application form.


In the coulmn 11th. What is the information for Date Field

11) Have you ever before applied for employement authorization from INS?
(Yes)

Which INS office? Date(s)
(Texas Service Centre) ???????????????????


Is Application fee? $175

What is the Address I should Send i 765 Form to ?

is this:
BCIS Texas Service centre,
P.O.Box 851041
Mesquite , TX -75185 - 1041

My EAD is gettting Expired in Feb 12th 2005.
Can i apply in 6 months before?

That is your approval date. You can apply before six months. Or you can wait for another month or so. They may come with two years EAD.

If u r planning to send the Docs thru FedEx OR any overnight mail (Which is safe) please use

I sent thru FedEx to the above address, my checks got cashed and I got the recipts in 10 days.


2) The check for $175 need to be paid to "U.S.CitizenShip & Immigration".

3) For dates on column 11, specify the day u EAD is approved which I assume as Feb 12th 2004 as u said it is expiring on Feb 12th 2005.

4) Attach a cover letter specifying all the docs u included in the package.
