EAD Renewal: NY local office or VSC or eFile??

Hello,

I have 100 days left before my current EAD expires.

Whats the best way to renew it?

1) Apply to VSC/Vermont

or

2) Apply directly to NY office? Do they issue same-day EADs at all in New York now? Last year I got it on same day from Boston office.

or

3) eFile it.

Advise appreciated.

EAD renewal approved in 20 days

I got my EAD approval with in 20 days
RD - JUl 15
AD - Aug 4th
I applied directly to VSC
 
I applied via e-file and still waiting for approval. Couple of my friends who applied with e-file didn't get approval, while some of my friends who applied by mail during same time got approval.

I guess e-file is NOT a good option. I am not sure.
