I have filed for my 3rd EAD at NSC.

ND - June 16.

Any of the mid june applicants got approved?

Mine was early June at NSC (June 1 )
approved Aug 3rd.

So maybe you should get yours approved by Aug 20th or so.
BTW, how did you file it (paper/efile) ? - Mine was paper.

I have applied for my EAD renewal on 06/15/2004 and now waiting for the approval. In general based the experience of other people I think it is taking about 65-70 days to get the renewed card.

Thanks guys..

I filed paper through my lawyer.. ( I slacked and didnt file before 90 days window :( ) About to go on unpaid leave if it doesnt show up by August 25th (my previous EAD expires on August 25th) and I cant apply for interim EAD till September 14th.
 
2 questions:

a. Is the start date of the new EAD subsequent to your ur expiring EAD, or was the start date = approval date

b. What is the validity time frame? 1 yr or more? CIS declared that they would issue longer term EADs, so that people don't have to renew while waiting for 485. Haven't seen many cases they did that for.

Dont know yet.. I havent rec'd the physical card yet. I dont think i will get a Card with more than one year since my I-485 approval is in horizon (Filed in Sept 2002 ) and this is my third EAD.
