EAD renewal. No receipt yet

Hi, all

My EAD renewal application hit VSC mailroom on 08/13/2002 (per airborne express record) and I havn't not received receipt yet.

Is anyone in the same boat?

my friend, FYI

I filed my EAD on 8/1, got receipt on 8/8, got card on 8/16. I think you'll be fine, don't worry.

Your GC may come early than your EAD.
 
When do you apply for EAD Renewal?

I had called up VSC a couple of days back and the IIO that I spoke to said that one should apply for renewal only when it is within 60 days of expiration otherwise they might send the application back. How true is that? Has anyone obtained any legal opinion? Please share your thoughts.

I am not sure. My lawyer pays the fee and will ask money back from my employer. I am out of the cycle.

Got receipt notice

Applied on 08/17
rd: 08/19
ND:8/21
Got the receipt yesterday. Its saying 80 days from RD.

When does your EAD expire? Within how many days of expiration did you apply?
