Hello. A question regarding EAD renewal application. Assuming that an EAD renewal application is pending in a service center for over three months and have problems securing an interim EAD, is it possible to file another fresh application for EAD renewal regardless of the status of the current EAD renewal application (i.e. the current application has not yet been denied and the status is unclear...)?
In other words, does the USCIS allow multiple applications for the same case?
Thought process is that it would be better to proactively re-apply rather than wait and stew anxiously over what could be a possible glitch on their behalf....
