ead renewal more than 115 days not received

hi I send ead renewal appaliction to missouri center on 2th september.My rd is 6thsetember and nd is 12 th september after in october i finished biometrics but i did not get ead renewal untill today.I went to local office to get interim ead but they told me wait.I called two times service enter but no answer.If somebody know why immi taking so much time to renew ead it almost 115 days past and my ead was expired almost one month now i dont know what i have to do get ead renew.I tried so much now i am tired now only god know when i get my ead renew?If someone have some knowledge please help me.

I was in the same situation .We did apply for the EAD and not received yet.So filed enquiry with USCIS, the reason is Biometreics have not been received and case status was noto changed.

Yours may be the same or differrent, try giving a call to USCIS.
