EAD Renewal Interview after GC approved and PP Stamped

Hi gurus,

My GC was approved(after interview in Newark) in September and PP stamped early this month, but I received a letter from Newark INS for an interview for my EAD renewal which I sent out in July, 2002. That renewal application was transfered to Newark in August.

I am just baffled. Do I need to go to this interview and just ingore it? It's a standard notice and there is no phone # listed that I can call.

May be u try calling the IIO and ask them. I would also recommend contacting the local INS office to find out if it makes any sense in attending the interview.

Last but not the least contact u'r attorney too.
