EAD Renewal in St.Louis

Has anybody tried renewing EAD in St.Louis local office ? My EAD is expiring in mid-october and was planning to apply for renewal now. or should I just go to local INS office and they will issue one ?

it is pretty simple

I got my EAD extended in couple of hours. It is pretty simple. Go early in the morning. You will get a better parking.
