One of my friend whose I-485(WAC-02-121-XXXXX) is pending in California. He shifted to the east cost some months back,
(no job change, company is in California)and has done all the neccesary stuff regarding change of
address notification to CSC. Recently he applied for his for his 3rd EAD and AP to CSC as his case is pending in CSC.
He got a receipt for his for AP but for EAD he got the whole bunch back from BCIS,
with cover letter stating " CSC is not accepting Direct Mail Fees for this kind of application/petition.Please resubmit the
the service center checked below(Which was VSC)". When he called NSC, the IIO said that CSC can't approve his EAD as he has shifted
and he should be shifting his case to VSC after which he can apply for his EAD to VSC. Anybody had a similar experience or any idea
what to do?
