EAD Renewal? How many months before

Hi,

Just Want to know how many before One can renew EAD.

My EAD is getting expired in the middle of Feb 2004.

What are the documents should be attached.

U can apply for renewal anytime. Apply 4-5 months in advance to be on safer side as they are taking time these days (for details about ur center timings, checkout the right column on: http://www.murthy.com/ins_sc.html).

However, even if you apply 90 days in advance, u should be fine as if you do not get EAD in 90 days of applying (90 days after RD on BCIS Notice), you can go to the nearest BCIS center and get a temporary EAD
