Hi guys!!
I want to file EAD renewal for my wife myself this time. It will be her first renewal.
The thing is that I do not have her first I-765 approval notice. I only have her EAD card. Can I file for renewal without submitting copy of approval notice.
Also she does not plan to work for next 6 months, so Can I just let current EAD expire and file renewal only after 6 months or so (after adjusting for processing time)
Please guide.
