EAD renewal fees question

Please help me with EAD renewal fees. The instructions says $180 plus $70 (if you have not been figerprinted for any other immigration benefit). I have been figerprinted once for I485 in Oct 2004 (waiting fro my next figer printing). Please let me know whether I have to pay $180 or $180+70?

I485 RD 09/2003
PD 02/2002 EB3 India
3 EAD's approved (going for 4th)
3 AP's approved
 
Our lawyer prepares the document for us. I did mail the check for $180 today. So I guess it is only $180. While you applied I 485, you would have paid for Fingerprinting, and while renewing your EAD or applying for AP you need to pay the fees only for that application and not FP.

If you apply on-line you wouldn't have to worry about it: the program will tell you how much you need to pay based on your status. It's really simple!
