EAD renewal & expired I-94

Hello,

Can I attach expired I-94 copy with my EAD renewal application - will it create any problems?

Do I have to attach copy of AP 'coz I-94 has expired?

Once you are in AOS, you are legal to stay. Expiring of I-94 is not an issue as long as it expired after you filed AOS. So if they have asked for a copy of I-94 in EAD application, you can send it.

You can also send your copy of AP , extra documents never harm.

I do not see any issue here.
