I am about to send paper based application for EAD renewal. Is it enough just to send only copy of EAD and copy of 485 recipt for the evidence?

Is there any additonal documents I should send (like driver license, I-94, copy of passport and visa marriage certificate for spouse etc)? I have sent all these documents for the first EAD. Is it necessary to repeat all the documents for renewal too?
 
Your old EAD and 485 receipt are enough..ofcourse with two latest photgraphs and fee check...One important thing I would suggest is the detachable top portion of the mailer that you received with your 1st EAD card....that helps in expediting the process. (It's also mentioned on that mailer that attach it with your future correspondence...)....hope this helps.

i-485 receipt
previous EAD
2 fotos
colored enlarged foto identification
i-140 approval copy
marriage certificate
check

and we still got an rfe. aditional documents that i can think of are birth certificate and i-94. hope this helps.
 
but no where in the form instruction it says send marriage certificate and I-140 approval and I-94. If you are filling in C9 category, your EAD is based on your I-485 pending status. That's strange that even after sending so many documents you got RFE. What was the reason for RFE? Can you pls share. Thanks

haven't received the rfe yet. just seen it online. i know the form does not tell u to send all those documents, but the checklist by some of the posters on here mention most of the items in the list.

copies of your passport both old and new if you have two.
copies of all your previous EADs
copies of your I-485 receipt ( I also send in a copy
of my online status)
letter
check
i file electronically so I don't have to send in pics.
