because I had an ayslum case pending which went through , appealing decision in the mean time I was in car accident have mountain of bills which insurance would not cover
I applied was denied because 150 from appeal being filed now
I have applied again , with the 30 day thing they are doing now I have not received the BIO appointment what is the likelyhood I am getting the EAD
