I applied for EAD-renewal at NSC and later they transferred the case to Philly office as our 485 was also transferred there two months ago.
Right now it\'s around 50 days since our I-765 RD. My wife is now working on EAD in Illinois and her current EAD expires by this month end. Can we obtain iEAD in that local INS office at this time? If yes, what all we need to carry. Pl. share your experiences. Thanks.
