EAD renewal at San Diego

Hi,

anyone knows if i can get my EAD renewal done (I mean having the new EAD card) the same day(or a few days later) I file renewal at San Diego office (my case was transfered there)? I know filing EAD renewal at local office is different from filing EAD renewal at Service center which takes a few months.
