A little but not very suprise that you are still waiting. I'm in the same boat, did the 2nd FP but still waiting.
Was your case transfered? If not, I'm afraid you cannot apply EAD in the local office. They said I have to apply EAD in the service center. I did that about three months ago but it is still pending. You'd better act quick if you have to do the same. They suggest 6 months before your current EAD expires!
