This is a 485 transferred-to-local-office case, so I get the impression that both EAD and AP renewal need to be filed at local office.
4 Months ago, we applied AP, was rejected initially as it can only be filed one month prior to the end of current AP. So we sent everything back last month, and able to pick up the AP document a couple of weeks.
Our current EAD last till May, should we apply now or wait till April, I am wondering if it's the same thing for EAD renewal with 485 pending at local office...
Or does it depend on which local office it is? Mine is San Francisco.
