EAD Renewal at local INS office?

Hi, My 485 is pending and my EAD is valid till March2001, can I go to a local INS office to apply for EAD renewal, or do I have to apply for the renewal to the Vermont Service Center?

You have to find out .....

You have to find out if your local INS office process EAD cards, if they dont then you have to send it to VSC.
