AD: Dec 19th

Wifey:

ND: Nov 14th
AD: Dec 22nd

Paper application. Sent the following docs:

1. 4 photos each (applied for AP as well)
2. Checks addressed to USCIS
3. Completed 765/131 forms
4. Copy of 140 approval
5. Copies of 485/EAD/AP receipts (me and spouse)
6. Copies of EAD/AP approvals (me and spouse)
7. Color copies of first/last, visa page and I-94 from passport (me and
spouse)
8. Color copies of EAD card - front and back (me and spouse)
9. Color copy of Driver's license (me and spouse)
