EAD renewal - approved

applied for EAD renewal online on July 6, 2003.
per online, it was approved on August 30.
 
congrats. that seems to be fast.

applied online for my wife's EAD on July 9th. hope it's coming.

Did you do it Online, if so, you should have recieved reciept by now. I applied online on Aug 05 and recieved the reciept by Aug 11. In case of online application, also post whether you can check the status online.

seems to me NSC works efficiently on processing EAD. I think you'll get it for your wife soon.

only wish NSC could work efficiently on I-485. Maybe it's not
their problem of NSC but of other agency.

kjkool, maybe the first EAD may take a little more time.

I am planning to apply renewal of my EAD (3rd time) myself thru online. earlier i applied thru my lawyer. Please let me know, what all documents to send to BCIS for renewal??

when i was doing the application, not sure whether I needed to mail some docs to BCIS. after online application, for my case, it showed on screen "you have to submit the following support docs to BCIS" with blank. So I did not mail any docs to BCIS.

when we do online( for EAD renewal), do we need to give fingerprint too?. The reason is my service center is very far from my place.

brief the process.
1) online application and online payment (no credit card),
2) then call BCIS (forget phone #) and make an appointment
for fingerprint at local BCIS,
3) at local BCIS, do fingerprint and take photo.

I had all docs w/ m when going to local BCIS, such as
I-485, Passport, EAD, ....

RAGHUC, you can do the mail-in process if local BCIS is far from
you.

BCIS took approx 2 1/2 months to get this approved.

Congrats !!!

I have applied my 2nd renewal of EAD on July 11th, still waiting for approval. Looks like mine should be approved in a week or so.
