EAD renewal approved

Thanks for posting. This information gives me some confidence. I am waiting on my wifes AP and EAD. Her RD is the same as yours and we have an India trip planned in June.

Planning to Visit India while EAD is expiring

Need some help guys,


I have applied for EAD renewal but it looks like it takes 80 to 90 for approval, I have to travel on 5/29.

Actually, I applied in local INS-Cherry Hill,NJ for renewing my EAD but got a Notice letter(ND4/12/03) from VSC. I don't know what is going on there.

My first EAD expires on 4th June-03, can I travel with AP/AOS/EAD Renewal notice and return USA without any problem.

My H1B expired long time back, so I have using EAD since last september-02.

Did anybody got into any type of mess like this before.
