EAD renewal and I94

I need to renewal my EAD 2nd time. My I-94 was expired now.
I used AP for this I-94. Do I need to copy front and back of this
expired I94 when I renew my EAD? Thanks.

Yes.. submit copies of I-94

I think they use the I-94 to check what status you last entered the country in and whether that was valid. I would certainly attach it..

My EAD is expiring in Oct. 06 and I applied for 3rd EAD renewal in the first week of July 06, but my I-94 has already expired in Mar. 06. I sent a copy of my I-94 and the EAD got approved 3 days before and there were no issues.
