EAD renewal and I485 approvement

Do you really think there is a relation between EAD renewal and I485 approvement? If your I485 has been approved recently, I need your input. Greatly appreciated.

Frankly, looks like just a coincidence to me. Mostly it's those who renew EAD who are anyway on the verge of approval. However, EAD/AP should be renewed intime to be on safe side (before 90 days of expiry).
