Guys, A small clarification
I am assuming if you change job after 180 days and your EAD expires in a few months after that, INS will renew that without any problem if the I-485 approval does not come through.
or
A person does not need a EAD renewal if he is in status with I-485 pending
or
Does he need a new H-1B visa.
