I am EB3 (retro affected). I am planning to apply the renewal of my EAD through lawyer. Usually when we apply through lawyer, they don't do FP and in the EAD it comes as FP unavailable. Is that OK??
One more thing is i got recently to appear for Biometrics code 2. Will that get
linked in any way with the renewal of my EAD.
Please suggest.
