My EAD expired 10/2010. I was out of country during that time. Now I'm in the united states and want to apply for renewal. I did not use my EAD so far and the expired EAD card (10/2010) is missing.
1. Will there be any problem if renewal is requested after expiry?
2. Renewal application asks for a copy of the prior EAD card. Original card is missing and I do not have a photo copy of the same. I have only the card that expired in 2008 and not the recent one. Is it ok to apply for renewal with a copy of card that expired in 2008? or please let me know the options I have.
