EAD Renewal after 40 Days of Applying

Hi,

I have applied for EAD renewal on Sep-18th 2002 and my
existing EAD is expiring on Nov.20th 2002. I am planning
to go to San Jose (CSC) sometime next week to request
for an interim EAD.

I was eagar to know if anyone had applied for EAD Renewal and gotten an interim EAD at the SanJose (CSC) office before 90 days
of EAD Application Receipt Date.

did u go to th INS and get u'r interim EAD? 'coz i also have a situation like this...
