EAD Renewal Address

my case is filed in Nebraska service center under EB2 category.I am planning to apply for EAD renewal.

1. Could anyone help out which address do I need to send it ?
2. Check payble to USCIS ,is this correct? Or
Immigration and Naturalization Service’
