Guys,
I am looking for any advise as what to do...
My last EAD took almost 11 months to be approved. I applied for it on November 1st 2006 and it was approved on July 10th 2007 - after I was put on unpaid leave for almost 4 months - and I received it by mail on August 17th 2007.
It will expire now around July 9th 2008 but I already applied for its renewal on January 26th, 2008. USCIS deposited the check, sent me two receipts and finger print appointment which I already did.
I have the following questions:
1- The application is still not available on the USCIS.GOV web site when I want to add it to my online profile.
2- This 120 days rule, would it apply to my case? When did they start applying it?
3- If they would to deny my current EAD renewal, wouldn't I have gotten a denial/rejection letter? I just had an info pass appointment with a very nice IO and he said there's nothing so far on it.
Can anyone give some insights about this please.... cuz I think I am in the same situation as last year when I will eventually leave my job because of the late EAD.
Thank you all in advance.
Yours
