OK, Guys, I know it has been discussed a million times, I want to renew my and wife's EAD. Unfortunately I lost the links I saved to those instruction threads and my search only returns one post from Dinnu on the EAD board.. So gurus please help me on this... below is what I plan to submit to USCIS TSC
1. Form I-765. Download from http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-765.htm . Is this current? I don't need to send the first 10 instruction pages, do I? Hand writing OK? By reading the instruction, I think I should use c9 as the category? Also what is the date I should put in for when I applied for my last EAD card? The date I signed the application or RD or ND of my previous EAD?
2. $120. I want to use personal checks as it is said OK in INS website and give me some sort of tracking capability, but my lawyer always use money order. What do you guys use?
3. I-485 Receipt
4. I-140 Approval Notice
5. previous EAD Copy of front and back
6. I-94 Copy of front and back
7. Two photographs
8. Top of portion of the letter with my previous EAD card
9. Do I need to send passport copies? Any thing else?
All of above for wife's plus extra document/question
1. Marriage Certificate as the proof of wife being derivate applicant?
2. My I-485 and I-140?
3. Should I use separate envelop for her?
