We are preparing paperworks to renew my wife's EAD and we will ONLY renew hers (I am still on H1)). My questions are -
1. Since I am the green card applicant, do we need to include my 140/485/I94 in her application package although I don't apply for renew?
2. If the answer for question 1 is no, do we still need to include the Marriage Certificate? I can put it in the envelop but feel ridiculous if I don't need to provide my 140/485/I94.
3. Just for confirmation, our case was transferred from VSC to TSC on March so we need to send the EAD renew application to TSC, is it right?
Appreciate if anyone can provide some info / experience.
