EAD renew in Feb. 2003

My lawyer sent my EAD renew package in Feb. 2003,
we still did not get any receipt, my lawyer today give me
the WAC number which is in the encashed check.

Anyone know how we can get iEAD if we do not have
receipt?

or any method to get the receipt?
