EAD Reneval and advice required!!!

My EAD is expiring on 04/28/2005 and working currently on EAD.
Applied for reneval on and INS got the application on 02/28/2005.
Applied regularly (paper only not e-filing), mailed it to TSC through USPS.
Till today they have not encashed the cheque (may be it may take couple of days?)

Mailed my application to:

USCIS
4141 N. St. Augustine Rd
Dallas, TX 75227

I do not know what is going on.
Did i mail it to correct address?
Any suggestion(S) / recent experience(S) / feed back please.......

my recent experience

Is your I485 pending at TSC, or local office? The address you sent to looks unfamiliar. My I485 is pending at TSC. I sent paper renewal on 02/14 to the following address, got receipt notice and check cashed a few days later. On 03/01, I got the email that the renewal was approved and card had been sent.

But if you I485 is pending at local office, I don't what address should be used.

I filed Paper EAD on Dec 2004 second week. still no update or approval.


Are u EB??? or Family bases?

Did u got receipt ?

I always advise ppl, plz do send with return receipt. it cost $!.5 but its life saver. and they also write back some internal no to trace the pettitions and also stamp.

If u have got the receipt than don't worry after 90 days passed u can get interm EAD from local office.

If you haven't got any receipt yet, and u do have USPS receipt. call custome service.

or if u don't want to take any chance before ur EAd expire , file one more I765 immidiately, on correct address.. luckytt mention in (C-9 case pending EB based 485 in TSC).
if u are not EB, I believe Family based goes to Chicago address.

I'm not sure what this means?- do you know that the application has been recieved by INS?

I too do not reconize the address, but I can confim that they usually take a week or two to cash the cheque- from the 28 th feb, that is not that long ago. Give it a few more days. As you did not file more than 90 days in advance, you have to be prepared for a problem if it does not arrive in time. good luck
 
Check got cleared

All:

I got my check cleared on mar 04.
That address is right address (alternative with no po box ).
Yes! my i-485 is pending with TSC/RD: 02-20-2003/Primary got approved on 12/03/2004(EB2) and waiting for my turn.
So i may get my R.notice today or tomorrow.
I will update u, once i got R.notice.
