EAD - relocated - which service center

Hi,

Sorry for posting in the wrong section but I'm not finiding much help in the EAD section. Getting a little desperate now..

I recently relocated to IN which falls under NSC but my 485 is pending with TSC. All this time I was filing for EAD to TSC. Should I continue doing that or I should file EAD renewal with NSC this time...

I think you should follow the guidelines - it has clearly mentioned depend on your current state, you should send application to appropriate service center not based on the where I485 pending. Again, make a proper decision on this on doing some more research on this portal.
 
Jurisdiction

The new rules now say that you have to file in the Service center jurisdiction under which your resident state falls.

Did you give finger printing for EAD renewal too? I am about to apply for EAD renewal but my finger prints were done last time on 07/31/07 when I applied both my 485 and EAD.

LaborCleared, I have not given any fingerprints yet for this EAD renewal ( sadly my 5th EAD ). Also, this time I'm thinking of paper filing to avoid any confusion about finger printing center and service center.
 
I had similar situation and picked to e-file (consulted an attorney) to the service center where my 485 was pending. and got it without any issue. However you need to do FP biometric with e-file to the closest ASC, they will send based on address you put on the app.

I guess I have to go to an attorney. I'm getting mixed answers here.

Not much info on USCIS webpage too..can't download the form.. :(
