Hey guys i have some questions regarding my 1485 . I have work permit since 2006 and know i have applied for adjustment of status for my greencard my case was processed on oct 2009 for i485 and they replied me back that they need some more evidence on my case which i submitted through my lawyer on decemebr 18th and they received it on december 18th iam still waiting for there reply and they suppose to let me know in 60 days know the 60 days are going to complete on feb 18th and i still didnt here any thing from them yet should i make the infopass appointemnt or contact the local office or wait till the 60 days are over.so please advise whats going to happen next.thanks
 
If 60 days expire next week, then just wait until next week, and then call USCIS Customer Service and ask them to open a service request. They can't do so before 60 days are up anyway. Why do you seem so frantic?
