EAD Rejects

Hi Everybody,

I had applied for EAD renewal in 1st week of Nov and after not hearing anything from Vermont, I contacted an IIO today. She said her system shows entry of mails recieved on Nov 25th. She talked to her supervisor and came back with this hypothesis that in all probabillity its been rejected and since they have lot of backlog of rejects, I havent yet heard anything from them. And ofcourse call them back after two weeks.

Please do share if anybody had simillar experiences.

I never heard EAD get rejected if your case is still pending...

possibility
1) IBIS identifies you
2) 485 will be denied
3) <180 days, company bankrupt.

My friends EAD was rejected because his Green Card was approved !!

My friends EAD renewal was rejected because his Green Card was approved !!

So it can be good news too ....
