His EAD got approved from NSC recently. But INS screwed up the name (spelling) in his EAD card. How can he get it corrected? Any experiences, please post ASAP!
My Date of Birth was Incorrect on the card, but it turned out that the attorney mistyped it on the application. I had to reapply and repay the fees (the attorney picked up the fees) and wait the whole processing time. The whole 9 yards.
