EAD Receipt Notice?

I filed 485/130/765/864/693/325A all concurrent. I received the receipt notices for 485 and 130, but not for 765. I have now also received a FP appt for the 485/130. Check has been cashed and I have a receipt number (gleaned from the FP appt receipt). Should I have received a receipt for the 765 as well? Will they issue a new one if I call them?

yes you should have a receipt number for the EAD. Did you pay with a personal check? if so, then look at the back of the cashed check and you will see the receipt number there.

Yes I have a receipt number, but I do not have a physical receipt. The FP notice for the 485/765 has the receipt number for the 485 and the 765, but I only received receipt notices for 485 and 130. What I am asking is whether or not I should have received a physical receipt notice for the 765 as I did with 485 and 130. Thanks

Hi, I never got a receipt notice for my i-485 because they requested more ducuments after we filed.

I did get ASC apppointment for biometrics though, which I kept as a receipt. I tried calling USCIS about it and the representative who was on the phone with me hung up on me because he obviously thought it was stupid of me to ask for a receipt notice when I have the ASC appointment notice with a receipt number.

As long as you have a receipt number you shouldn't worry about a receipt notice. I can understand that you want it for you records. I just think it's too much of a hassle to try and get it from USCIS.

I got the EAD receipt yesterday! All good. My main need for the receipt was that my employer wants it to reimburse me, but now I have it!
Since my FP appt is only 6 days away I don't think I am going to try and jump the queue by doing a walk-in. I think Norfolk is not a high-volume office so I am not sure what kind of attitude they might have towards me showing up. I would gain a few days at best and might make them mad.
