EAD Receipt Notice

Hi Guys

Any idea how long it takes for NSC to mail you the EAD receipt notice. I have filed for my EAD through my Liar and he tells me that he has sent it, it has been more than a month now ( :confused: )and I have not yet received any acknowledgment from NSC.

it took NSC 3 days to mail the reciept and 3 more days to arrive for my wife. It got approved in 75 days.
 
To what I heard from my lawyer, I think we need to wait for 90 days before we could even notify USCIS regarding missing receipt notice. I got mine within 15 days after filing, Still waiting on my 3rd EAD approval.

In most case if receipt number has been assigned to you case (EAD), you could see that imprinted on the back side of your cashed check. So, if possible get a copy of the cashed check from bank & look for the number on the back side of your check for your LIN number.

My personal check did not have an address on it, so my liar told me that he mailed his check and I reimbursed it.

I feel sorry for you. I do not know what obligations you had..., so as to use attorney to renew EAD. If not for every kind of application with USCIS, some of the applications can be applied by ourselves, at least at renewal stage.
 
I finally received and Receipt notice from NSC, I went to the Local INS (Boise) and talked to them and I was told that it is not illegal to work for the Current Employer and it is up to the other employers to hiire you when your EAD renewal is pending.

My lawyer mailed my ead apps on May 19th and receive date is May 23rd. last week on 23rd july mine was approved , but my wife's not yet. I guess urs should be around the corner.
