Hi,

I am tring to apply EAD by mail, do I still need to enclose 2 photos with my application? I know that with E-filing, you don't need to include photos because they will ask you to go to ASC to take photos and fingerprints. what happens to file by mail? what about fingerprints?

You need to send photos.
Fingerprints not necessary.

Signature card not needed anymore either, but someone got an RFE, so send that to be safe anyway. No. don't need the FP on the card.
