EAD question

My second EAD details are RD Oct 21,2003 and ND october 22,2003. The BCIS table of processing time indicates that they are now processing Oct 30, 2003. Online message is same that it takes so many days. Though, I am not using EAD but might need afetr next two months, What should I do? Call or wait or write?

Any suggestion please.

You can do both. If they are currently processing EADs with receipt dates after yours (currently USCIS is processing RD of 10/30/03 for I485 applicants) you can: (1) Write and request and explanation (2) Call and launch an inquiry (3) Do both.

I did it for my Advanced Parole application. As expected I got back a bs reply saying that they were taking more time with my file, but it did get approved less than one month after that.

Once 90 days has elapsed from the time USCIS received your I765 application, you can also go to the local branch office and request an interim EAD if you need one. I also had to do this; the EAD was valid only for 90 days though.

We sent our applications to renew EAD in mid of October and both cases got approved in second week of November. You may call your attorney and launch an inquiry.
