EAD question

Hi Guys,

Do you have any idea how long it will take to renew my EAD? I just realized that my EAD will expire in mid-May! Do I still have time? Can I do it in local INS office?

I think you have enough time left and I would file with VSC.

EAD and AP Renewal

My EAD and AP renewal & approved dates:

AP & EAD RD: 01/31/03
AP & EAD ND: 02/03/03
AP approved:03/06/03 (as per on line)
EAD approved:03/09/03 (as per on line)

So you still have enough time for renewal, but we never know with INS, apply for renewal immediately.

Apply for EAD asap

It's better to apply for EAD atleast 90 days before expiry and you can apply even 6 months before expiry. Since yours is due to expire in May, you should apply immediately.
