We filed our I-485; AD; AP back to early March, 01. About one month later, my wife got her EAD approval with the Card and the message is very simple "Your case has been approved. We mailed your ....". On 05/04/01 I heard the message that my EAD is approved by they ordered the EAD for me and it will take 2-3 month to get it instead of the similar simple message. My wife has never applied EAD before but I have applied several ones during my school time. Why is it different? Do I really have to wait for 2-3 months to get the real card? Thanks in advance.
