Spouse and I have filed for our 485 and both of us are on H1. I\'m the primary applicant. We also have our EADs and have completed FPs.
My question.
1. Can my wife work on EAD, and in that case will she loose her H1 status?
2. Can she switch back to H1 if I\'m layed off from my job?
She would like to have her H1, in the event of my layoff.
This whole EAD and H1 thing is very confusing after 485
