My wife who was on H4 used her EAD to take up job. Our I94 (both H1B and H4)are expiring in Feb, I am filing for extension of my H1, should i apply for extension of her H4 -- will this invalidate her EAD usage?
If we do not apply for the extension of H4 does she need to go out of the country and come back using Advance Parole for the I94.
Please help ?
